   a. What is Needzilla.com?

Needzilla.com is a free, need based, online service focused on the efficient exchange of goods and services.

   b. Why should I use Needzilla.com?

Needzilla.com is a simple, completely free website that benefits you by allowing you to make a post, and doing the searching for you. Both buyers and sellers benefit through an advanced automated system that matches buyers' and sellers' posts based on specific criteria provided. (i.e. price, location, item descriptions)

   c. Is Needzilla.com truly free? Are there hidden costs and fees?

Needzilla.com is funded almost entirely by ads, which allows us to offer this service to the user absolutely free. There are no hidden costs or fees on Needzilla.com. Users are given the option to pay a small fee to have their post sponsored. (See Sponsored Posts Below)

2. Bounties:

   a. What is a Bounty?

A bounty is an optional referral bonus that can be placed on a post, which "Bounty Hunters" can search for and obtain by finding a third party to complete the transaction.

   b. What is a Bounty Hunter?

A Bounty Hunter is a user who obtains a referral bonus by finding a third party to complete a transaction for a post with a bounty.

   c. What is a Bounty Code?

A Bounty Code is a number given to the Bounty Hunter when he/she obtains the code from a post. This code allows the Bounty Hunter to obtain the bounty.

   d. How do I become a Bounty Hunter? (How to find posts with Bounties)

Search posts using the Bountiez tab to find posts with Bountiez.

   e. How can a Bounty Hunter be guaranteed to receive their bounty?

Bountiez are exclusively permitted on posts with PayPal as the only payment option. Payment must first be made to the bounty hunter before the buyer is given the option to pay the seller.

3. Posting:

   a. What is the difference between Wanted and For Sale?

The Wanted section is where you will find what users are looking for. For Sale is where you will find what users are offering.

   b. How do I Post?

Simply click the post button in the top menu bar or the add post button next to the search bar. This will take you to the post page where you choose between creating a wanted or for sale post. You will then choose the category for your post. Finally, you will create your unique post and it will be posted to Needzilla.com.

   c. Some sections have different options, why?

Certain criteria may or may not be needed for a specific section. Needzilla.com focused the system to offer you the options your post needs to be successful.

   d. Should I integrate PayPal with my post? (See PayPal Section Below)

PayPal is an optional addition to posts that guarantees secure payments through PayPal?s website. In addition, if you desire to make a post with a bounty, you must use PayPal as the only payment option.

   e. How do I create a Video Post?

   f. Can I Post my business or my business? inventory/service on Needzilla.com?

Absolutely! You can post any business, service, or business inventory on Needzilla.com.

4. My Postings:

   a. How do I edit an existing post?

Once logged into your Needzilla.com account, go to your post by clicking the My Postings link on the top menu bar and select your post. Then select edit on your post and then make the appropriate corrections.

   b. How do I remove an existing post?

Once logged into your Needzilla.com account, go to your post by clicking the My Postings link on the top menu bar and select your post. Then select the box next to your post and click on the delete selected icon.

5. Sponsored Posts:

   a. What is a Sponsored Post?

A Sponsored Post is a post that a user has paid a small fee to have sponsored so that the post is seen at the top of the list within the appropriate category.

   b. How much does a sponsored post cost?

It is currently Five Dollars to sponsor a post.

   c. How do I pay?

As soon as you submit your post, you will be taken to the My Postings section of the site where you can sponsor your post(s).

6. PayPal:

   a. Does Needzilla.com work with PayPal?

Yes

   b. How do I integrate my PayPal Account with my Needzilla.com Account?

Simply click on My Profile and enter the email address that you use to log into PayPal into the PayPal Account text box and click Save. That?s it, you?re done!

7. My Account:

   a. What are ratings?

Ratings are placed on users based on transactions. After a transaction is complete, all parties involved are asked to rate all other parties involved based on their experience.

   b. How do I get the best Rating?

Be honest in your posts, communicate quickly and constructively with other users and make the transaction or exchange as flawless and pleasant as possible.

   c. Can I change my username after I have created it?

   d. How do I change my password?

While logged into your Needzilla.com account, click on My Profile in the top menu bar. Once in My Profile, change your password and select Save.

   e. I forgot my password, what do I do?

Go to the Login page and select the Forgot Your Password? link.

8. Needzilla.com Partners:

   a. How can I advertise on Needzilla.com?

Contact Needzilla.com at Need@Needzilla.com and ask about possible advertising opportunities.

9. Privacy:

   a. What are Needzilla.com Notifications?

Needzilla.com recommends that you be notified by email. This lets Needzilla.com know to notify you when you receive an internal message. Stay informed with Needzilla.com Notifications!

   b. Is my information safe with Needzilla.com?

10. Internal Messaging:

   a. Why do you have internal messaging?

Internal Messaging is a way that users can communicate with each other easily while keeping their e-mail addresses completely hidden and safe from spamming or other potential threats.

   b. How do I know I have a new message?

Once logged in, the Inbox link in the top menu bar will indicate your new messages in parentheses. Also, if you check the Notify Me By E-mail box when setting up your Needzilla.com account, you will get an e-mail informing you that you have received a new message. Forget to check this box during registration? No problem! You can enable or disable this feature in the My Profile section of the site located in the top menu bar.

   c. Can I block someone from messaging me? How?

While looking at a message from the user you want blocked click the Block User link.

   d. How do I unblock a user from messaging me?

Click the Inbox link in the top menu bar, and then click the Blocked Users link. This will provide you with a list of users that you have blocked and give you the option to unblock them.

11. Searching:

   a. How do I search for local posts?

After entering a keyword you have the ability to enter a zip code and a distance. Enter your zip code and Needzilla.com will show you results local to your area.

   b. How do I use the advanced search?

Click the Advanced Search link under the search button. Advanced Search allows users to search based on a variety of criteria to help find you what you need.
