LLC. based In Boulder, Colorado, USA. Founded August of 2007 by Erin S. Kabbash, Matthew W. Baiamonte, and Joseph W. Burton. Needzilla.com started as the brainchild of information systems graduate, Erin Kabbash, who saw the need for a new competitor in the e-commerce market. After attempting to build this site on his own, Erin realized that the idea was bigger than even he could handle himself. He met Matthew Baiamonte at a local company where Erin was hired at an entry level position that Matt, himself, created. Erin excelled in his role and within a matter of months, was promoted multiple times. After a year, Erin and Matt found themselves to be good friends, business equals, and both yearning for something more. While this was going on, Matt's life long friend and aspired business partner, Joseph Burton, was involved with a project that brought all three together. Through this experience, the three motivated, entrepreneurs realized they shared the same vision for a better future. Upon the realization of these shared ideals, Erin was confident that these two young men were the team meant to build his original dream. Erin shared the idea with Matt and Joey, and they quickly expressed their belief in the idea, and motivated Erin to pursue it together. The team was formed, Matt and Joey contributed their ideas to further the dream and make it the site it is today.
